EVER BEEN A FREAK?

Have you ever felt like a freak I know I have many times. The most recent time was today when
I choked on a piece of food and it came out through my nose (more food was still stuck and I could not breath for a second). People thought it was gross and laughed at me and left. It hurt both physically(choking is not fun) and emotionally(it is not fun to be made fun of). Maybe they didn't know but I think they did and it was embarrassing.

Freak the Mighty chapter 1- about 6

I have read this book before but even the second time it is still good because it was a long time ago when I read it. The book is very interesting because its from the perspective of a mentally delayed kid and usually it would be from the perspective of freak because he is more so called smart and would be more likely to write something like this. They both are very easy to relate to. My favorite part about the book is the character development. Due to the great amount of detail you can sort of see every second of it come to life in your head. I wonder if someone who had those different disabilities would act like that. I am also curious if the author of this book had one of these disabilities. It also seems like the author mixed different disabilities (for example it seemed like freak had both autism and towards the end cystic fibrosis). Maybe they mixed different disabilities to give the perfect personality and way of acting to the character. But no matter what you can not say that this book is not very well written and does not do a good job of promoting acceptance of "Freaks"(not meant to call them freaks just well you get it). Ok so I found some history of the author online. He has written many books under different names to build a bigger fan base. He has written mostly adult mysterys, thrillers, or medical suspense books.

Mcains website promotion (Campaign description/Self description)

would probably not be money for " Today I read John McCain's "about John McCain page". It was very interesting to see how much he used the fact that he was in Vietnam to boost his credibility. It is interesting how in allot of cases being in the army is proof of leadership skills. Also after reading this I have noticed that he is very against torture. Usually you would think that he was good after hearing that but I noticed one thing. He was tortured in Vietnam and that is the main reason he is against it. John McCain would not have been as against it if he had not been tortured himself. John McCain is also surprisingly militaristic considering he almost died in a war (more than half of this page is about his experience in war). Also another thing I found interesting was that John McCain's main thing he wants to do is "eliminate wasteful spending money" and use a large percentage of government strengthening our armed forces" Since he narrowly escaped being killed he might want to take us out of Iraq. He got into congress mainly because of his strong position on eliminating loop holes for special interest groups(in my opinion this can be good occasionally but not usually so I agree a little bit on that). after reading this i have decided who im not voting for.
